With 10 + years of hospitality management, he successfully built professional teams around him in a variety of venues. Working as a high achieving salesperson with a large Queensland Land Developer, Drew used his sales skills and networking skills to create an ongoing sales funnel for his business. Recognising the need to build strong and lasting business relationships that are beneficial to all concerned was the cornerstone of his success. Communication, a little lateral thinking, and the ability to turn a concept into a reality by recognising the right people to create the team that is needed to bring life to a project are all part of Drew’s management style. Drew has certificates in Workplace Training and Assessment, Business Principles, Management and Sales.

Julie Allen

Julie is a dedicated professional with a multifaceted role within our organization. As a shareholder, she has a vested interest in the success of our company, bringing her expertise to the forefront as the Company Administration Manager. With a five-year tenure in this pivotal role, Julie has proven herself to be an integral part of our management team. Julie’s dedication extends beyond her corporate responsibilities. She is not only a key player in our company but also serves as a disability carer, showcasing her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Her position within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) ecosystem further amplifies her significance to our business. Julie’s insights and connections within the NDIS make her an invaluable asset as we explore the potential sales funnel that this framework offers for our products.

Brad is an essential part of our team, serving as both a shareholder and our Logistics & Distribution Manager. With a wealth of experience and knowledge in global Amazon operations and online marketing, Brad’s expertise has been honed through the successful establishment and management of his own businesses within these platforms. Brad’s strengths lie in his exceptional negotiation skills, aptitude for relationship building, and a proven track record in conflict resolution. He is known for his ability to make effective and decisive decisions, ensuring the smooth flow of logistics and distribution operations. In addition to his operational prowess, Brad places a high premium on client satisfaction, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Unified Computing

Jordan Henderson is a senior partner in Unified Computing and a co-founder of Trakalarm. He is a skilled software engineer who designed the Trakalarm proprietary software and works closely with our other development and manufacturing partner, NOA-Labs. As a proactive and effective project manager, he has led teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring that all stakeholders’ requirements are met. Jordan has an in-depth understanding of software architecture and development methodologies which allows him to design robust, maintainable, and scalable software systems. Over the years, he has successfully designed, developed, and maintained both internal tools and customer-facing applications. Jordans experience in handling diverse projects has given him a keen ability to understand and prioritise user and stakeholder needs. With a firm belief in the importance of staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the software development field he always on the lookout for new technologies, tools, and best practices that can further enhance the quality and efficiency of his work. In his career he has collaborated with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance professionals. His excellent communication skills enable him to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.


Eastern Dynamics (Shenzhen) Technology Company (Manufacturing Partner)

Eastern Dynamics (Shenzhen) Technology Company is an integral part of Trakalarm™ going forward. They are our manufacturing and firmware partner, working closely with Unified Computing. They have 10+ years as a leading manufacturer of smart watches and have established strategic partnerships with leading supply chain enterprises in the industry. They offer a professional service capability from design and development to manufacturing and delivery with 100% in-house full development for hardware and software. They have over 30 production lines with 2,000 workers capable of producing 450,000 units monthly. 50 Quality Control workers ensure all raw materials and products are tested for international compliance standards, and 30 reliability tests are conducted for all products before mass production proceeds.


Steve Jenkins

Stephen brings a diverse and distinguished 35-year career with the Queensland Police Service. Stephen has extensive leadership, management, supervision and administration experience in policing and emergency services/ management context, including at commissioned officer level, gained from being an officer-in-charge of stations/sections, commissioned officer performing district inspector functions overseeing more than 200 personnel attached to over 20 stations/sections, and executive officer to district disaster management groups. Highly developed consultation, communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement and management skills, including state and national government agencies, during policing career and subsequent engagements, and other activities. Demonstrated high level of expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution designing to identify productivity enhancements and achieve savings and efficiencies.
